Our Team Our
Bermuda team of six, complemented by Dennis Silvia at Cedar
Consulting LLC, are lead by Thomas McMahon and Michael Larkin. Thomas
(“Tom”) McMahon, President, holds a Bachelor of Commerce
(Honors) degree from the University College Galway, Ireland and is a Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Since his arrival
in Bermuda in 1988, Thomas has been engaged in various aspects of the
captive insurance industry from public auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers
to establishment and management of captives since 1994. Michael
(“Mick”) Larkin, Vice President, is a Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Mick moved to Bermuda
in 1988 and joined the business services department of Ernst & Young
where a number of clients were captive insurance companies. Since 1990,
he has been directly involved in the day to day management of captives.
